Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. All activity that takes place through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, contact the 999myr support team immediately at [email protected].

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 999myr platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include online banking via FPX and local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet. Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are subject to change in accordance with the platform's current policies.

Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, and to an account whose registered name matches the name on the 999myr account. Withdrawal requests that do not meet these requirements may be held pending further verification.

999myr is not responsible for any fees charged by your bank or third-party payment service providers. Users are encouraged to review their payment provider's terms before initiating any transaction. Any transaction disputes must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
